Meghan Huggan’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of business litigation, land use disputes, and construction and real estate litigation.  

Meghan received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2019. While in law school, Meghan was a Senior Editor on the Suffolk Journal of High Technology. Meghan also competed on the Suffolk Law School National Trial Team and won the 2018 3rd Year Day/4th Year Evening Mock Trial Competition.  

Before joining Tymann, Davis & Duffy, Meghan completed a yearlong clerkship in the New Jersey state courts for Superior Court Judge Benjamin Podolnick. She then worked as a litigation associate at a leading mid-sized Boston law firm. Meghan gained valuable legal experience before and during law school as well, working as a paralegal and law clerk at Massachusetts and Rhode Island litigation firms.  

Meghan received Bachelor of Science degrees in Legal Studies and Psychology from Roger Williams University.
